MyLearn is an online learning platform designed to provide online training to Western Cape Department of Health and Wellness employees.

MyLearn will enable the Western Cape Department of Health and Wellness to provide cost effective training to various stakeholders.

MyLearn supports the following browsers:

Desktop:

• Chrome
• Firefox
• Safari
• Edge

Mobile:

• MobileSafari
• Google Chrome

The following browsers are NOT supported:

• Internet Explorer
• Safari 7 and below

In order to access Mylearn's online learning courses, you will need a user account. When your account is created, you will receive an email with your login details. Your email address will be your username. Please note that your username must be lowercase, and your password is case-sensitive. If you have not received an email with your login details, please contact the system administrator.

Once you have logged in, you will be able to find the course you are enrolled in, either by using the "My Course" drop down menu on the top bar, or by clicking on the category section to find the course within that category.
You can also scroll through the available courses on the front page.

If you click on the course card, and self enrolment is available use the "Enrol me" button to self enrol. If self enrolment is not enabled, you will need to contact the course administrator to be enrolled in the course.
